  • Telescope
  • Coated optics made of optical glass for sharp and clear images
  • Upright images for astronomical and terrestrial observations
  • Robust, pre-assembled steel tripod for improved stability
  • Permanently mounted StarPointerTM finder with red LED illuminated dot for easy and precise alignment of the telescope to any object
  • Azimuthal mount with large clamping handle and slip clutch
  • Quick and easy set-up without tools
  • Can be dismantled very quickly thanks to dovetail clamp for telescope mounting
  • Plate for convenient storage of accessories
  • Eyepieces with standardized 1.25" plug-in tube for wide field of view and high magnification

Even the smallest refractor shows you impressive images of the moon and planets. Thanks to the long focal length, not only are high magnifications possible, but there is also no annoying chromatic aberration. Double stars and star clusters are also beautiful targets for this telescope. Thanks to the StarPointer red dot finder, you only need to aim at your target to see it in the eyepiece.

The azimuthal mount is actually ideal for nature observations, but thanks to the long handle you can track the telescope precisely even at high magnifications - almost like tilting binoculars. Thanks to the Amici prism, which provides upright, laterally correct images, this also works very intuitively. And best of all, the telescope is ready for use in minutes - the mount and tripod form a single unit, so all you have to do is set up the tripod and secure the telescope in the dovetail bar with a clamping screw. The eyepiece support plate is simply snapped into the tripod. Then all you have to do is choose an eyepiece and you're ready to go. Dismantling is just as quick.

The AstroMaster telescopes
If you are looking for a versatile telescope for both celestial and terrestrial observation, then the AstroMaster series is the right choice for you. The Amici prism, which is included with the refracting telescopes, provides upright, laterally correct images with every eyepiece.

An AstroMaster not only offers breathtaking views of the moon, Saturn with its ring, Jupiter with its bands and moons, nebulae and star clusters. You can also observe solar activity with an optional solar filter. If you are less interested in the members of the solar system and more in the brighter deep-sky objects such as galaxies and nebulae, we recommend one of the Newtonian reflectors with a larger light-gathering aperture.
