  • LAOWA 0.7x Probe Focal Reducer
  • suitable for Canon EF on MFT
  • EF adapter (DxL): 75mm x 25.5mm
  • PL adapter (DxL): 90mm x 38mm

The connection with this adapter enables a Macro Probe PL or Macro Probe Canon EF Lens to be mounted on an S35/APS-C or an MFT camera for 5 different mounts. The focal length is reduced by a factor of 0.7 in each case. So more wide angle for everyone! MFT filmmakers will be particularly pleased. This manual adapter effectively reduces the crop factor on S35 and Micro Four Thirds sensors while maintaining the same image quality.

This provides the sensor with an additional aperture for each aperture setting of the Lens. The Focal Reducer generally increases the aperture of the test Lens from f/14 to f/10. By reducing the focal length by 0.7x, this then corresponds to approximately 25mm when used on an S35/APS-C and 33mm on MFT, each converted to full-frame format.

Technical data:
The optical construction consists of 3 elements in 1 group
