We've designed the 12-100mm F4.0 PRO to let you take close-up and long-distance shots, even at extremely long range. This lens has a minimum working distance of 1.5 cm at the longest focal length, just over a centimeter from the front of the lens, for effortless macro shots. With the maximum magnification of 0.60x (35mm equivalent), you can capture small details on small objects. Let's start with the obvious: The 12-100mm F4.0 IS PRO (24-200mm 35mm equivalent) is pretty small. kleiner Sensor mit WOW Effekt
Genau genommen habe ich mich von verschiedenen Videos hinreißen lassen, diese Kamera zu kaufen. Als Besitzer einer EOS r6m2 habe ich lange überlegt und zugeschlagen. Zusammen mit dem 90er Makro. Und was soll ich anderes sagen, als: Feines Spielzeug. :-) Die Kamera ist sehr handlich und leicht. Die Bedienung erfordert kein kompliziertes Umdenken (bezogen auf eine Canon-Bedienung) und da die Tasten sehr vielfältig belegbar sind, kann man sie sehr individuell einstellen. Eingebaute Programme ermöglichen HDR, Timelapse, Fokus-Stacking, Intervallaufnahmen, ND-Filter-Simulationen und machen diese Kamera zu einem sehr gelungenen Werkzeug. Die Bildqualität ist im Vergleich marginal schlechter. Was man aber erst bei Vergrößerungen sieht, die ich nicht brauche. Natürlich fehlt durch den kleineren Sensor mit Cropfaktor 2 ein wenig die Flexibilität beim Zuschneiden, aber dadurch geht man durchaus etwas zielgerichteter vor. Ich nutze die Kamera fast ausschließlich für Makro-Fotografie und bereue den Kauf keine Minute. Im Gegenteil. Für den Bereich nutze ich sie nur noch. Da bleibt die R6 zu Hause. Der Akku hält lange. Wenn man die Stacking-Funktion nutzt mit Berechnung der Bilder in der Kamera, braucht sie natürlich mehr Energie. Nach knapp einem halben Jahr Nutzung bleibe ich bei meinem ersten Eindruck: Sehr feines Spielzeug. Einzig der Joystick ist nicht ganz so feinfühlig, wie ich es von der R6 kenne. Die automatische Motiverkennung ist sehr zuverlässig. Leider haben auch die guten OM-Objektive einen stolzen Preis. Deshalb bleibt es vorerst bei 2 Systemen. Verschiedene EF-Linsen habe ich per Adapter an der OM auch schon benutzt. Klappt gut. Nur gut, weil man beim Autofokus deutlich an Geschwindigkeit verliert. Mein Fazit: In Anbetracht des Gewichts und der sehr guten Leistung dieser Kamera wäre für mich eine komplette Umstellung des Systems von Vollformat auf MFT durchaus denkbar.
