The two demonstrative elements of the workshop will be streamed live on YouTube and can also be viewed there afterwards. This gives everyone the opportunity to learn the theoretical + pre-taught content. Participants who were on site can refresh what they have learned afterwards.

However, the focus is also particularly on giving all participants the opportunity to implement what they have learned directly on site and to get further tips + tricks from Marian. The necessary equipment is also provided and a Nikon expert will help participants on site with technical questions.

Definitely! Not only will you have the opportunity to ask questions on site, but you will also be given time + equipment to put what you have learned into practice yourself in the set-up and with the model.
Marian will help you with questions and give further tips + tricks to make the pictures even better!

In addition, a Nikon expert will be on site to advise and support all participants with technical questions about the Nikon equipment.

All participants will receive a personal memory card on site so that they can take the videos home with them.

Of course, the most important aspect must not be forgotten: Only on location is there the opportunity to network with other videographers and learn from each other.

Here is the schedule (note: the exact times within the schedule may change slightly).

13:00 - 14:00:Reception / Welcome

14:00 - 15:30:Part 1 - Getting started, technical basics + video functions (LIVE)
In the first part of the workshop, we will look at the most important technical basics to set up our cameras correctly and understand the differences to photography. We will take a look at the video functions of the current Nikon Z cameras and discuss when which settings are useful. Some of the theory will be applied directly in a live shoot by Marian. In addition to the technical aspects, we will also talk about Lens, microphones and other useful accessories.

15:30 - 17:00: Working in practice (ONLY ON SITE)
In the second part of the workshop, you can try out what you have learned directly with your own camera or with existing equipment. Marian is available for questions and assistance.

17:30 - 18:30: Part 2 - Video workflows for advanced users (LIVE)
In the third part we will cover advanced topics such as file formats and color depth. Marian will then explain his workflow for file imports and the first steps in the editing program DaVinci Resolve.

18:30 - 19:00:Working in practice (ONLY ON SITE)
In the last section, Marian will be available for further questions and individual tips. There will also be the opportunity to try out Nikon equipment and gain practical experience.

19:00 - 20:00: After-Work Networking (optional)
If time permits, we will end the evening together...

You do not need your own Nikon camera to participate on site . However, one of the purposes of the workshop is to get to know and try out the various Nikon cameras + Lens.

So if you are thinking about getting into the Nikon system or upgrading your existing Nikon equipment, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to test the different models.

The fee for participation on site is 49€. At the end of the workshop, each participant will receive a Foto Koch voucher of the same value.

Places for on-site participation are very limited.

Participation in the live stream is free.
