Request a pre-quote for your old equipment by emailing service@fotokoch.lt. (Valid for Germany only)
Please provide the following information:
- which equipment you would like to have appraised
- which accessories are included (battery*, charger*, front cover etc.) *requirement
- how the condition is (optional: gladly also with photos) Feel free to use this list for orientation
- which new products you would like to buy OR if you are interested in a payout or a credit to your customer account

Our exchange experts will determine an offer and send it to you by e-mail. If you like it, please send your old equipment well packed to:

FINAL CHECK +& FINAL
When the equipment is on site, we will make a final check for functionality, defects, etc. If our quotation price remains unchanged, we will refund/charge the amount. If we need to adjust the offer, we will contact you.
